Service Outline.
Good Friday
Easter is always a special time of the year. It’s a chance to pause and reflect on the deeper question of life.
Central to the Easter story is the person of Jesus, and his death on the cross. Jesus taught that his death was not just one more Roman execution; it was instead at the centre of God’s plans for his world. Jesus’ death is the key for all people to be restored to a right relationship with God. He bore our sins on the cross, so we might have forgiveness and new life.
Our time together this morning will involve a reflective service of songs, prayers, and readings from the Bible’s account of Jesus’ crucifixion
